Promotional Period:  The promotion commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on October 2, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 30, 2020.

Administrator/Sponsor:  This promotion will be administered, and is sponsored, by Verso Ministries, Notre Dame, Indiana 46556 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility:  This promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Contestants must be over 18 years of age.  Employees and owners of Sponsor, their immediate family members, or other members of their households are ineligible. This promotion will be conducted wholly within the State of Indiana and is governed by Indiana law.

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may enter your name into the Grand Prize and Weekly Drawings in the following ways.

To enter the Weekly Drawings:

• Step 1: Like the Verso Ministries Facebook page
• Step 2: Comment on the prize announcement Facebook post with why you would like to go on a pilgrimage
• Step 3: In your comment, tag one or more friends you would like to take along on pilgrimage
• Completing Steps 1-3 above will give an individual one entry to the Weekly Drawing. One entry per individual is allowed during each of the four Weekly Drawings:
  1. Week 1 begins on October 2, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 8, 2020
  2. Week 2 begins on October 9, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 15, 2020
  3. Week 3 begins on October 16, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 22, 2020
  4. Week 4 begins on October 23, 2020, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 29, 2020

To enter the Grand Prize Drawing:

• Receive one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for each of the four Weekly Drawings you enter (total of four entries possible, see above for details). 
• Complete the Grand Prize entry form for five Grand Prize Drawing entries: https://versoministries.com/giveaway. 
• Any individual is eligible to receive five Grand Prize Drawing entries by emailing two photos from any pilgrimage experience, along with a caption for each photo that includes what you love most from that memory. Photos and captions should be emailed to Alex at alex@versoministries.com. By submitting media, individual grants and authorizes Verso Ministries to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make use of any and all pictures, videos, or copywriting to be used in promotional materials without payment or any other consideration.
• Entries for the Grand Prize Drawing will be accepted between October 2, 2020, and 11:59:59 PM EST on October 29, 2020.

Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

All registrants will be subscribed to the Verso Ministries newsletter, but you may unsubscribe at any time, and your subscription status has no effect on your chances of winning. 

Grand Prize Winner: One winner for the Grand Prize will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, with the Grand Prize drawing to occur on or around October 31, 2020. The Grand Prize winner will receive a Travel Voucher in the amount of $4,000 to be applied towards any travel (valid for payment of published registration fees, as well as the following fees and expenses for services arranged on behalf of the traveler by Verso Ministries: single room supplement, optional add-ons, optional extension packages, private transfers, pre- and post-stays in lodging, hotel upgrades, and private tours) through Verso Ministries of equal or lesser value. The Grand Prize Winner must use the credit no later than 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31, 2020. Credit must be applied to a pilgrimage departing prior to 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31, 2022. The travel voucher is not valid for payments towards the following fees and expenses: airfare costs, airline seats or upgrades, personal expenses, visa or passport fees, meals, drinks, travel insurance, tips or donations not included in package, and anything else not explicitly listed as a valid fee or expense. It has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, check, gift certificate, or credit back to a charge card. The winning credit may not be transferred to any other person, may only be used for one trip, and has no other cash value.  Any unused balance will be forfeited. All travel arranged using the winning credit must comply with all other Verso Ministries’ policies, procedures, terms, and conditions as found at the Verso Ministries website at www.versoministries.com/terms.

Weekly Prize Winners: Four winners for the Weekly Prizes will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received, with one winner chosen each week on October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30, 2020. The Weekly Prize winners will receive the following prizes:

Notification of Grand Prize and Weekly Winners: The Grand Prize and Weekly Prize Winners will be notified by email at the email provided or via direct message on social media within 24 hours after being chosen randomly from all eligible entries. Potential Winners must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email or social media account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email or social media account. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Travel vouchers, gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Actual Retail Value (ARV) of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the United States. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Only one winner will be chosen from all entries submitted for the Grand Prize drawing. Four winners (one winner chosen on each of the following dates – October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30, 2020) will be chosen for the Weekly Prizes from all entries submitted for the Weekly Prize drawings.

General Conditions:  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this promotion in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration or fairness of the giveaway.

Release: By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this promotion from any liability claim, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participating in this promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received. Participation in the promotion also constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
